Healing Choices was established in 1999 and has been responsible for providing outstanding customer service in chiropractic and alternative care ever since. Our specialties include Chiropractic, Kinesiotaping, Cold Laser Therapy, Massage, Restorative movements, Essential Oils, and Supplements.
We have two offices, each centrally located for Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

Chiropractic is a hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Chiropractic care alleviates pain, reduces muscle tension, increases blood flow, improves joint movement, corrects posture, and normalizes energy flow in your body.
Massage Therapy

Our therapeutic massage applies pressure to several layers of muscle, tendons, and other tissues found deep within the skin. This type of massage can relieve pain and reduce muscle stiffness. . Our massages focus on calming the body, reducing tension in the muscles, and increasing overall blood flow. This type of massage can even break down scar tissue.
Cold Laser Therapy
Cold lasers can stimulate all types of cells, including muscle, ligaments, nerves and cartilage. This stimulation of light energy works similar to photosynthesis in plants, as it is absorbed and interacts with light-sensitive components in the body’s cells. Doreen graduated Thousand Oaks Art Institute in 2006 as a Certified Massage Therapist. Doreen worked as Lead Massage Therapist for 5 years for a large corporate massage company and was promoted to Regional Trainer. Her background as a massage therapist and collaboration with chiropractors has given her a unique approach to our clients needs. She brings warmth and tenderness to each massage with a sweeping flow of movement and Intuitiveness of touch to provide the proper pressure to the right muscles. Doreen is skilled in Hot Stone Massage, Lomi Lomi and Swedish.

Dr. Jeri Ulberg’s purpose is to empower people to feel great in their bodies through a practice of self-care and self-connection that is the foundation of holistic health. She utilizes her 25 years of practice along with her intuitive touch to create an enviroment for healing.
She partners with people
seeking wholistic health
to feel the expression of
relief and freedom in
their mind, body and soul.
Her specialties include: Diversified Technique, Activator, Cranial and TMJ therapy, Women’s Wellness & Pediatrics, Sports injuries and Rehabilitation, and Sacral-Occipital Technique (SOT) . She incorporates Trigger Point therapy and many other techniques into each adjustment.
